Movie News Update: Sundance 2011 adds another movie of Midnight Late

Sundance, announced today that they add another last-minute addition to queue 2011 Sundance Film Festival, this time in the town park at midnight category that already looks like he had some great films. Not-so-coincidentally, I could see the original film at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year (read my review) and was quite impressed, but not surprised. It essentially is a history of supernatural/phantom turned entirely in one take 79 minutes. They you pulling a [Rec] for the quarantine by again as an indie language English before anyone who knows even the original exists. I am curious to see how its modified if, but I actually expect that it is much more frightening than the original movie news update.

Although recently we have heard that Gemma Arterton took the lead female in romance period of Michael Mann Capa that we mention is that she took a role that belonged to Eva Green. Now, it seems that the actress of Casino Royale has been replaced on another project. The film French news sites such as (via the list of reading) site reports Diane Kruger replaces green as Marie Antoinette in Benoit Jacquot Chantal Thomas novel adaptation' farewell, my Queen. Even if it is a large part of the story, the film sees the young royal leader as the central character, but examines the French Revolution of 1789 through the eyes of a royal drive.

Lea Seydoux (Robin Hood) plays the drive in question reminiscent of historic events, 30 years later. Simultaneously an insider and an observer from the Royal history, she described the last days before the touch revolution with insight and surprising Palace slices of humour. Gérard Depardieu plays a role in the film, but his role was not yet specified. Regards Jacquot, filmmaker has not yet made a name in the United States, but films such as the school of flesh, Keep It quiet and seventh heaven (nothing to do with the TV series of the same name in the past) earned him nominations in Cannes and Venice film festival. This could be yet another film, that we will see in the next year or two festivals. Interested?

Movie News Update-Toy Story 3, King's speeches & more unacceptable WGA award

2010 For WGA or the annual Writers Guild Awards, Award nominees not were announced-not through January 4. When they arrive, will be missing a few key 2010 movies, because they were disqualified. WGA loves cutting scripts that do not follow "Guild minimum basic agreement or the agreements of several international affiliates guilds," whatever that means. As indicated by The Wrap (via the daily price), Steve Pond disqualified scripts this year include: the King of the speech, winter's bone, Toy Story 3, Blue Valentine and another year. A lot of  movie news update!

To be honest, I do not think that it is as shocking as it sounds, as this happens quite every year with the WGA. Last year they disqualified Inglourious Basterds, an education and district 9, which opened up the space 500 days of summer to get an appointment. Perhaps to the exclusion of these 5 heavy scripts will allow other worthy scripts a chance, like monsters or Americans. It is not good to hear that some of the best written will be recognized by its own Guild, but there is always an Oscar, where I also wait / hopes to King's speeches, in new movies coming soon, movie news update Toy Story 3 and Blue Valentine to get anyway features. Back when we heard that George Clooney was potentially for leading man from U.N.C.L.E. for the big screen adaptation of Steven Soderbergh, there were rumblings that the project was considered as the last film in which the actor and Director would work. Now it's like that train of thought can take a little more the adaptation of the series of the 1960s can be last film Soderbergh completely. I can understand Soderbergh become bored with the traditions of the movie showings and he strives to make a difference with low profile indie experimental projects such as the girlfriend experience and Bubble, but apparently it is not enough. Some people just bored with their current job and how working in a creative way or inspiring Soderbergh in the film were, we can't blame them for wanting to climb another mountain outside the movie showings industry. Personally, I hope that the man from U.N.C.L.E. meets Soderbergh leaves spectacularly in good terms. We're certainly going to miss him when he left. Anyone who disappointed?

James Cameron 3 D Movie Recently Released

Because he loves so much 3D, James Cameron decided to combine popular editing with one of the most popular attractions that Las Vegas has to offer. A press release today revealed that Cameron is teaming up with Shrek Director Andrew Adamson partnership which will be both develop and produce theatrical 3D projects inspired drawing visual feast that is From Cirque du Soleil. The new company is said to "combine the creative visions of Cameron and Adamson to capture and to extend the experience online production to a form of art beyond imagination." Some hallucinogens take this experience upwards.

The first project is apparently already in full production with a history of Adamson itself. In the meantime, Cameron will executive produce and provide a 3D with reel FX Entertainment expertise help project along as well. Currently the film does not have a title, but following this trippy concept: "there worlds beyond dreams, illusion and imagination, where human beings humans are capable of what it is." Love where rules and everything your heart seeks is beautifully, incredibly real. Here is that Cameron had to say about the new company:

"Shooting with the Cirque du Soleil team has been one of the more enjoyable experiences of my professional life." For years I've been a fan of their celebration of human physical performance and their wild imagination in drawings of characters, costumes, music, and a Theatre staged. We were shooting pictures are stunning, and I know Andrew Adamson their armor in transport, dreamlike tale will be captivate audiences of all ages around the world. »

I can't say that I am supremely thrilled by this new project that I never really understood the appeal of Cirque du Soleil (and I really want to take psychedelic mushrooms to change my mind). However, I am sure there are a lot of people who have not had the chance to discover the shows in Vegas or at various locations around the world who would like to have a 3D theatrical experience that makes feel they look at a show. It is pretty much guarantee that whatever Cameron for the remainder of his career, he will likely in 3D (at least until the next big thing happens). Anyone?

Then, THR reports Alan Cumming (X 2: X - Men United) has a new project after extremely less used in the musical cabaret of half-ass. Actor revealed that it is featured in a film called diseases with James Franco, Danish Claire (Temple Grandin) and Catherine Keener (Cyrus). The film is directed by an artist named Carter, who worked with Franco recently. Could be an interesting little drama.

Finally, time reports Carey Mulligan join Michael Fassbender in shame Director Steve McQueen (hunger) indie drama. The film is supposed to examine the nature of the need, how people live their lives and respond experiences that shape their. It is unclear what role Mulligan will be but Fassbender plays in Brandon, a 30 - something man living in New York, who is unable to manage his sex life. The film will begin shooting in January, it a lot of time to complete the project to the adaptation of Baz Luhrmann's The Great Gatsby.

If you guys were the inventors of smattering of casting, you would have invented a few notions of casting. It is not clear if he will play the same character or it will simply take on another minor character. In both cases, it will be probably much laughter.

Very surprisingly announced today. Certainly, it seems that Jeffrey Katzenberg tries to get his company DreamWorks Animation on the roof of the world animation and will stop at nothing to reach the elusive distinction. Various reports provided for the animation studio called a new project for March 2013 me and my shadow. In a first and recently movie released for DreamWorks, they will be perfectly combining reminiscent of that animation and CGI, hand-drawn defined by Roger Rabbit, 1988, but as they explain: "is the same, but with CG and drawn by hand." Remember, they have made before films such as Prince Egypt, spirit and Sinbad hand-drawn.

Me and my shadow, led by Mark Dindal (the New Groove, Chicken Little emperor), tells the story of You Stan, incredibly frustrated shadow which aspires to a more vibrant life but happens to be blocked with Stanley Grubb, boring world man. Finally pushed to the edge, Shadow Stan violates the singular rule "that they lead, we follow" - shadow- and takes control of Stanley. Also seems kind of inspired by day & the Pixar night, but with a Visual brightness slightly tweaked and the concept of history - I like it. DreamWorks has accumulated an impressive team of people who have both 2d and 3D animation experience and claims "that half of the studio animators have 2D experience." Hope that pays off!

Original screenplay by Steve Bencich & Ron Friedman is revised by Tom Astle & Matt Ember (failure to launch, Get Smart). The project combines "the old tradition with magical sophistication of worlds in ways that have never been experienced and characters CG before spectators, hand-drawn animation" explains DWA President's Production Bill Damaschke. So to clarify, the world of Shadow is drawn by hand, and the human and the world will be CG. The film will be alternating between the two worlds. "It will be super-challenging but very cool." I look forward to this, bravo to cultivate a fascinating idea DreamWorks!

Even if we have heard on next movie news about exotic past Director Ridley Scott for a long time, the details were rare. We've heard rumblings of a colonial General sailor female, casting potential role for and a reference to a foreigner who Scott sent to as jockey space, but otherwise, we are nearly in the dark. However, the Vulture, who was responsible for much of the scoops to these best has a series of new updates. First of all, give this sucker one title because the atmosphere has apparently been dubbed paradise. But it's not all because there even more info below.

In addition to the new movie news, Vulture reveals that the atmosphere is more or less a restart of the alien franchise. It seems like history always takes place years before the events of the exotic, but paradise is once more with a group of passenger space isolated lying face to face with a monstrous stranger starts the crew to kill one right after another. I hope that this is not a rehash devoid of life of the original because to make these best mostly irrelevant and be a waste of some talented players. Speaking of actors, while no official offer were made, there are many other names in the race.

We have already heard of Noomi Rapace and Natalie Portman movie news is shortlisted for the first female role of Elizabeth Shaw, but it is obviously not the only one facing the sea monsters. Much like the first film, paradise has also an Android under the name of David, which is said "a previous version of the Bishop 341 - B character Lance Henriksen has played in foreigners." Michael Fassbender (Inglourious Basterds) has been requested for this role, but apparently, its agents and managers shot to the moon with their application for pay, what kind of caught offguard, Sir Ridley Scott and the Director may have changed his mind.

Although everyone is used to a strong woman leading the charge against the foreigners, there is room in the space for more girls. Apparently, Scott is interested to give female role "difficult but sexy" Vickers to Michelle Yeoh (Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon and tomorrow never dies). It is not an obvious choice and it is quite the background of the action, it is an asset. But the character more interesting reveals Vulture is perhaps that will be fully digital, but brought to life by a player's motion capture effects. While you may think mocap master Andy Serkis is perfect for the job, apparently the casting call specifically seeks a player who is six feeet, five inches tall.

Although all these information seems totally intriguing, latest update Twitter account of 20th Century Fox has us sceptic. Senior Vice President of Corporate communications to update their power by saying: "I don't know where begin correcting what is to be written on a certain Ridley Scott project…" it seems like there might be some floating false information, but no specific details have been Demystified. Just to be safe, take these new details with a grain of salt until the official word from surfaces. Personally, I just want to go into production already. At least recent rumours of a period of production are false, so it seems that the first film will still see the light of day in the next year or two instead of 2013 or 2014.  What do you think of this new information?

After with Rose McGowan and Director Robert Rodrigeuz, it seems that the universal seeks another beautiful actress in the role as Barbarella in their remake of the classic science fiction starring Jane Fonda 1968. Hathaway had not seen many measures to justify his casting in this adventure of science fiction, but his work in Get Smart gives us at least some idea of its capabilities and it is not difficult to image in lean outfits. I already interested to see the new political horror film Smith who will apparently be unlike anything done before, but it seems like there are many hastily Movie Released. This is an annual tradition (see last year's) legendary author Stephen King to publish its always strange list still fantastic film favorite last year, mainly because he chose some very strange film, 2010 is no different.King has just published its list in the last ssue of Entertainment Weekly and SlashFilm got the scoop on what he has planned choisi.Comme, is a very strange list, but I'm going to him were defending some of its choices - especially Let Me in being # 1 Matt Reeves j. A film that really is obviously premiums - UH has anyone even see this movie?He explains: "cops - film' not thieves up complex features performances… high and the hold-up armored car is the best action sequence, I saw this year."Wow - anyone who agree with him?In addition, I am very happy to see splicing and monsters, but this Jackass 3D issue?I know that he was supposed to be an extraordinary use of 3D, but it seems just random filling.He saw other incredible films this year as the King of speech or Black Swan?Other comments he makes on the social network: "succeeds where Wall Street Suite Michael Douglas is not" and the city: "bad title, fantastic movie… a strange film intimate."Thoughts?

Mark Wahlberg Will Not Be with in the remake The Crow"

In October, there was quite an uproar in comments on or Mark Wahlberg should take the lead role in the remake of gestation, or rather a new adaptation of comic books of James'Barr The Crow. In addition, everyone who absolutely hated the idea can breathe a sigh of relief that Cinematical spoke recently with the actor while David o. Russell hunting where he revealed that he would not be part of the project. However, his speaking about the project, it was revealed that its participation was once quite a possibility, but a change of guard behind the camera seems to turn their backs to the it.

Wahlberg says Cinematical, "never commits us to the film.Ils I talked about it and there as an attached Director that I was a fan, with more fact it."We thought that any subject-"is there something cool to do it."But we are not committed to the film.It therefore seems as Wahlberg may have been interested in working with Director Stephen Norrington, but because he left their collaboration never happened since the project.

However, when Norrington describes his reasons for leaving, he mentioned an actor who want a complete rewrite of the script (which Norrington has written with Nick Cave) unnamed and who was not fair will happen with his participation.Nous you know probably never more details than that, but it you avez.A least, it will probably be many fans out there who are happy to hear that Wahlberg plunge into shoes once completed by the end Brandon Lee.Which you think should play the Crow?

Back at the end of September, we heard that Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp would re-team with the franchise director Gore Verbinski for a big screen adaptation of The Lone Ranger. The two already followed their swashbuckling series with the peculiar, forthcoming animated flick Rango, but Walt Disney Pictures just announced that they've finalized a deal with Verbinski to direct the story of the classic western hero with Depp still on-board to play the Lone Ranger's trusty Native American sidekick Tonto. However, it's not clear how soon the project will get off the ground or even which actor will step in to the role of the titular hero.

The Lone Ranger's origin story begins with a group of Texas Rangers chasing down a gang of outlaws led by Butch Cavendish. The gang ambushes the Rangers, seemingly killing them all. One survivor is found, however, by an American Indian named Tonto, who nurses him back to health. The Ranger, donning a mask and riding a white stallion named Silver, teams up with Tonto to bring the unscrupulous gang and others of that ilk to justice. Depending on how big of a priority this project is for Disney and producer Jerry Bruckheimer, hopefully we'll hear who will be riding Silver into the sunset soon. Stay tuned.

The Dark Knight Rises Will Be Christian Bale

Though Chris Nolan has confirmed he's definitely directing The Dark Knight Rises, for a while now, there have been rumblings that this sequel will likely be the filmmaker's last in the franchise, and perhaps the conclusion of a supposed trilogy. More support to those rumors comes from a recent interview with Christian Bale from E! Online. The actor said very simply, "The thing is that this will be, I believe, unless Chris says different, this will be the last time I'm playing Batman." And if he's going off what he's heard or talked about with Nolan, I think it's safe to say The Dark Knight Rises will also the his last Batman film as director. Read on!

Now it sounds like Nolan is going to wrap up his take on The Caped Crusader as neatly as possible, but you can bet Warner Bros. will be keen on continuing the franchise even after Nolan and Bale leave it behind. The studio will also likely try their best to keep them around for another film (if not another trilogy), but I'm willing to bet neither Nolan or Bale want to keep this going for much longer. But before we even start thinking about more Batman films with Nolan and Bale, we're still waiting for details on The Dark Knight Rises. Unknown factors still include what role Tom Hardy will be taking and exactly what female roles will be showing up in the sequel. Here's hoping we find out those details very soon. So delicately and purposefully. I'm sure I'll even get shot down from posting this, but that's also coming from fans that agree with me that the franchise should be right and not just because it makes money.

Michael J. Bassett to Helm Psychological Horror Film Saint Mary's

At the beginning of November we found out that Solomon Kane director Michael J. Bassett would write and direct Silent Hill: Revelation 3D. Now THR has word on another horror flick in the filmmaker's future. The trade reports Bassett just signed on to write and direct a psychological, supernatural horror flick called Saint Mary's. He'll develop the screenplay with the story's creator Matthew Kingshott who was develping the project with UK producer and composer James Edward Barker (who will also write a score for the film). 

For details on the story which Bassett calls "incredibly interesting and potentially terrifying," keep reading.

The film would follow an evil presence in a disused mental asylum as a group of young people who are deliberately trapped inside the labyrinthine building find their deepest, darkest nightmares manifesting themselves before their eyes. It will likely be awhile before this project gets off the ground since Bassett is already in pre-production on the aforementioned Silent Hill sequel. Since I haven't seen Solomon Kane, I can't comment on Bassett's skills in the horror genre, but I can only presume he has some of the right stuff since he's now writing and directing the next installment of a franchise.
