The Hollywood box office slump in continues: lose their mojo movies?

It might be a little early to herald a new 1970s-style cinematic revolution in Hollywood; To start Let's Wait and see how some of this year, the latest instalment of expected juggernauts transformers and Pirates of the Caribbean franchise agreements, such as the fare before we can get the air ducting. Still, when directed by Ethan Coen offbeat Western is running behind the little family only slightly in the domestic box — gonzo psychological thriller ballet to the world is a big, shiny outgrossed Barton-Jolie movie and passes the soon-to-eat Pray Love, Julia Roberts, set the mark — it is safe to say that something is going on.

How long at the Hollywood box office slump last continuously? Who knows. The larger and more important question is this: movies are really, as many fear to lose their cultural mojo is increasing sea of competing entertainment options?
